The firm launched in April 2023 with a $230 million fund. Before founding Theory Ventures, Tomasz was a leading Managing Director at Redpoint. His portfolio includes iconic companies like Looker, Monte Carlo, Mysten, Kustomer, ThredUp, Offchain Labs, and Motherduck. He’s an engineer by background, and spent his early career in product at Appian and Google.
