Love this recipe ‼️ I added Mrs. Dash original seasoning and turmeric to this dish. I did take a rolling pin to the bread crumbs.My four year old grandson ate it and that says a lot ‼️I will definitely be making this again! I served garlic mashed potatoes and stuffing with it. (I used what extras/sides my son had on hand).

My son and my four year old grandson like it as well as I did too! It's going to be a regular main dish in my son's home!I did substitute some ingredients that I had on hand. I used paprika, Mrs. Dash (original), sea salt, onion powder and turmeric. Iomitted the chili powder. I followed the rest of the recipe as it stated! Very tasty recipe.
